The victim of a suspected murder has been named by police.
Officers investigating the alleged murder of a man in Banbury have confirmed the formal identification of the victim as Neil Comins, aged 39, from the town.
Mr Comins died as a result of his injuries following an incident in Cope Road on Tuesday, January 2.

A Home Office post-mortem examination has taken place and the preliminary cause of death has been given as traumatic brain injury.
A Thames Valley Police statement said: "Mr Comins’ next of kin continue to be supported by specially-trained officers. Our thoughts are with them at this difficult time."
A 48-year-old man from Banbury has been arrested on suspicion of murder, and has been bailed until March 21.
A 39-year-old from Banbury, previously arrested on suspicion of murder who was initially bailed, has been re-arrested on suspicion of murder and remains in custody.
