The fundraiser, which has raised more than £2,000, said: "I know money is tight, especially at this time of year, but if you can spare a couple of bob myself, Paul and his friends and family would be truly grateful.
"I know how helpful something like this can be at a truly horrific time only compounded by the day it happened.
"For anyone wondering Paul is Ok apart from a few cuts and bruises."
A red Mini Cooper and a white Peugeot 208 were involved in the crash that occurred between East Hanney and Frilford at around 11.15am.
The other driver, a man in his 30s, suffered life-changing injuries and was taken to hospital.
Ms Houston worked for UPS at the Abingdon centre with the company paying tribute following the incident.
A spokesperson for UPS said: "We are all deeply saddened by this tragic loss. We're in touch with Jean's family and are offering support and our deepest condolences during this difficult time."
The family of 61-year-old Ms Houston have also released a tribute to her.

“A happy go lucky attitude, an infectious giggle and smile. A deep love of animals and a sense of care. Always others first. A beautiful human being.”
Ms Houston’s family are being supported by specially trained Thames Valley Police officers, while the force continues its appeal for witnesses following the fatal crash.
