Pizza Express is set to open a new restaurant in Oxford, creating more than 20 jobs.
The British Italian food chain will occupy a prime position in Summertown.
The new restaurant will open in late Spring.
An application has been made for a premises licence for Unit 1 at 228 Banbury Road next door to Oliver Bonas.
Application documents show the restaurant will have 108 covers and describe it as a "family friendly pizza restaurant serving Italian cuisine together with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including inside and outside seating".
