During the closure, bus operator Thames Travel has stated its X2 and X32 services will still be diverting via Rose Hill and Iffley Road today.
The road was also closed over the weekend after flood water spread.
Fire crews from Banbury and Oxford joined forces, with a high volume pump team working to clear excess water from the road's surface throughout the day and night.Â
