Police arrested a 36-year-old man from Banbury for suspected drug driving during a holiday drink and drug driving campaign.
The man, who has not been named, was arrested by Northamptonshire Police last Saturday (December 30) on suspicion of driving whilst unfit through drugs.
He was subsequently released without charge. An investigation is now underway.

The man was one of four people arrested or charged on the day, in the force’s annual crackdown on drink and drug driving throughout the festive period, which typically lasts for a month and is designed to keep roads and communities safer.
Since the campaign started on Friday, December 1, officers have arrested 95 drivers on suspicion of driving while over the prescribed limit for alcohol and 37 on suspicion of driving while unfit through drugs.
