STEPHANIE WEST, 31, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to damaging a phone and a poster belonging to Lloyds Bank on December 16 last year to an unknown value. She was fined £40. There was no order for costs.

REBAZ SAIED, 25, of Pennywell Drive, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving on Oxford on June 23 last year. She was given a community order for 12 months to complete 40 hours of unpaid work and was disqualified from driving for 17 months. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

ELLIOTT HARPER, 28, of Furlong Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to six counts of theft in Templars Shopping Park in Oxford and one count of entering a prohibited premise in Crowberry Road on December 3 which was made subject to a closure order by Oxford Magistrates Court on September 26. The thefts took place across November last year and included gift sets from Boots, champagne from Majestic Wines, candles from Asda and a pedal bike. He was jailed for 12 weeks and was ordered to pay £370 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

DANIEL MASIH, 35, of Merewood Avenue, Headington, pleaded guilty to drink driving on December 7 last year in Oxford with 100 microgrammes in 100 millilitres of breath. He was given a community order to complete 42 days of alcohol abstinence, 12 months of programme work, and 40 hours of unpaid work. He was disqualified from driving for 24 months, reduced by 24 weeks. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

JACK SMITH, 33, of Bayswater Road, Oxford, indicated guilty to five counts of theft in Oxford. They took place across November and December last year at Sainsburys, Waitrose, and a Co-Op in Oxford and included the theft of razors, cigarettes and alcohol. He was jailed for 16 weeks. There were no orders for costs.

NEPHAT NDHLOVU, 27, of Garsington Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police constable on March 9 last year. He was ordered to pay £50 in compensation and was fined £120. There were court costs of £35 and a victim surcharge of £48.

LEWIS THOMPSON, 35, of Luther Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to the possession of a folding pocket knife, which exceeded 7.62cm/3inches, possession of a Class A drug – namely cocaine – and obstructing a police constable in the execution of duty on December 22 last year. He was jailed for five months. There were no orders for costs.

COURTNEY GOODWIN-DILIBERTO, 23, of Aldiss Drive, Kingston Bagpuize, pleaded guilty to assaulting a police constable on December 28 last year. She was given a community order to complete 18 months of mental health treatment and 14 days of rehabilitation activity. There were no orders for cost.

GUSTAVO-HENRIQUE OLIVASTRO-SILVA, 18, of Oxeye Court, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified on May 3 last year in Oxford and driving without third-party insurance. He was disqualified from driving for six months and fined £238. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £96.
