CHANTELLE PHILLIPS, 32, of Ray Road, Bicester, pleaded guilty to the possession of a Class Ad rug on December 18 – namely diamorphine – as well as stealing meat and food items to the value of £192.90 from Co-op on December 3. She was handed a 14-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months. She will also need to complete 12 months of drug treatment. There was no order for costs.
CORRINA MEGENIS, 56, of Austin Way, Ambrosden, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified in Oxford on July 19 and driving without third-party insurance. She was fined £682 and had six penalty points added to her licence. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £273.
CARLOS MONTINI, 22, of Moorbank, Oxford, pleaded guilty to driving without a licence in Bicester on June 14 last year as well as driving without third-party insurance. He was disqualified from driving for six months and fined £300. Six penalty points were added to his driving record. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £120.
DAVID BRAIN, 36, of Cherry Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to two counts of breaching a Sexual Harm Prevention Order put in place by Oxford Magistrates Court on September 18, 2020. On May 18 last, he had two devices capable of accessing the internet with no monitoring software installed – a mobile and a tablet. He was fined £120. There were court costs of £300.
SAMANTHA DAVENPORT, 27, of Eastern Avenue, Oxford, pleaded guilty to damaging a glass door belonging to Hank’s to the value of £500 on November 26 last year. He was ordered to pay £500 in compensation. There was no order for costs.
PAUL MCCABE, 49, of Jubilee Court, Banbury, pleaded guilty to two counts of harassment between December 11 and December 12 last year in Banbury. He was handed a 16-week prison sentence due to the distress caused to the victim and the offence taking place during the operational period of a suspended sentence. There were no orders for costs.
AMANDA SMITH, 61, of Gillett Close, Banbury, pleaded guilty to one count of criminal damage on June 3 in Banbury after damaging a house window to the value of £160 and one count of assault by beating on the same day. She was given a period of conditional discharge of 12 months and was ordered to pay £160 in compensation. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £26.
KERRI KNAPTON, 29, of Oxford House, Kings End, Bicester, pleaded guilty to one count of assault by beating on May 30 last year. She was given a period of conditional discharge for six months. There was no order for compensation. There were court costs of £50 and a victim surcharge of £26.
RICHARD BULL, 47, of Medhurst Way, Littlemore, pleaded guilty to one count of criminal damage between June 30 and August 1 last year by damaging a mobile phone under the value of £5,000. He was given a period of conditional discharge for 12 months. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £26.
