Esquires Coffee is set to open in Bicester before the end of the month, according to the store’s new manager.
Kunal Patel – the new manager – has said the recruitment drive is already well underway for the new store at Unit 2 of Trinity House West in the Graven Hill development.
The store has positions for baristas, waiters, and waitresses for full-time, part-time and flexible positions, with local residents encouraged to apply.
Mr Patel has been sharing the applications link in local social media groups and confirmed Esquires is hoping to secure “12 to 15 local people with great talent, passionate about coffee and creating a welcoming atmosphere”.

When asked why Esquires wished to expand further to Bicester, Mr Patel said: “The town has a great population and this served as the perfect opportunity to grow the business.
“There’s always a need for locally available convenience and the opening in Bicester ensures local residents don’t always have to rely on the high street when provision is closer to them. Coffee goes hand in hand with great food, whether that be hot or cold.
“We’re really in fast-track mode now, completing the internal furnishings in preparation for the opening.”
Pages for the shop have also been set up on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram, which Mr Patel said will be in regular use after the store officially opens.
The Bicester location will be the first the chain has opened in Oxfordshire.
