Thames Valley Police are amplifying the appeals of officers in Peterborough to locate a convicted murderer who is wanted for breaching his licence conditions.
Carl Hyde, 67, who has absconded from an approved premises in Peterborough, is wanted for breaching licence conditions following release from prison and believed to be in the Oxford area.
Police have confirmed that Hyde has connections in Reading and now believe there is a possibility that he may have travelled to Oxfordshire.

Thames Valley Police Oxford shared the appeal this morning (Wednesday, January 3).
Officers advise people not to approach Hyde if they see him, but instead contact them with information on his whereabouts immediately.
Anyone who has seen Hyde or knows of his whereabouts should inform police about it via the Cambridgeshire Constabulary website quoting incident 336 of Monday, January 1.
