ISABELLE DAWSON, 18, of Regal Close, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to one count of assault occasioning actual bodily harm on September 8, 2022 in Abingdon. She was given a community order to complete 15 days of rehabilitation activity and pay £250 in compensation. There was no orders for costs.
ALAN LISTER, 37, of Kilnway, Wellingborough, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen for testing on November 30 last year at Banbury Police Station, as well as driving without third-party insurance and driving without a licence. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months and fined £320.
JAKE WOOD, 31, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to using a vehicle without a valid test certificate on November 30 last year in Abingdon, driving without a licence, driving without third-party insurance, and failing to licence a registered vehicle. He was fined £80. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.
LEWIS BOWSHER, 42, of Hobby Road, Banbury, pleaded guilty to breaching a non-molestation order on June 8 in Bicester by entering a family home he was not prohibited to do due to an order put in place on November 4 last year. He was fined £266.
SUSAN DELBROOK-JONES, 66, of Roman Row, Whichford, pleaded guilty to drink driving on July 26 last year in Hook Norton with 46 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months, and fined £355. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £142.
JESSICA MARSH, 42, of Simpsons Way, Kennington, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Abingdon on September 11 last year with 102 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. She was disqualified from driving for 18 months, reduced by 18 weeks for a course, and fined £997. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £399.
JAMIE PALFREYMAN, 25, of Coopers Green, Bicester, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Bicester on May 22 last year. He was disqualified from driving for two years and fined £400. There were court costs of £170.
MICHAEL GARDENER, 33, of The Lees, Faringdon, pleaded guilty to the theft of a can of red bull and a can of coke to the value of £3.58 from Acord Service Station in Park Road, Faringdon on November 13 last year, the theft of a selection of meats from Waitrose to the value of £77.95 on December 12, the theft of a selection of meats to the value of £249.65 from Waitrose on the same day, and one breach of a criminal behaviour order on November 13 by entering the Waitrose after being prohibited to do so by an order made by Oxford Magistrates Court on July 10 last year. He was jailed for eight weeks and order to pay back the value of all items stolen in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.
LEON SMITH, 22, of Richmond Avenue, Leeds, pleaded guilty to failing to provide a specimen of blood for testing on July 1 last year in Banbury. He was given a community order to complete 80 hours of unpaid work. He was disqualified from driving for 20 months, reduced by 20 weeks. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
