PETER CURRIE, 46, Pound Way, Oxford, pleaded guilty to stealing six bottles of Pimms valued at £132 from Templars Shopping Park in Oxford on July 9 last year. He was ordered to pay £132 in compensation. There were no other orders for costs.

ALAN DOHERTY, 51, of Jackman Close, Abingdon, pleaded guilty to breaching a non-molestation order which was made on September 20 last year by speaking to a woman he was prohibited from speaking to at The Whitehorse Leisure Centre in Abingdon on October 30 last year. He was given a community order to complete 27 days of rehabilitation activity and 120 hours of unpaid work. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

NICHOLAS GREENREEVES, 20, of March End, Tetsworth, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Thame on November 26 last year with 66 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 18 months, reduced by 18 weeks for a course, and fined £384. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £154.

BENEDICT MTOKA, 20, of Easington Road, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drink driving on November 26 last year in Bicester with 60 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months, reduced by 17 weeks for a course, and fined £500. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £200.

SHAZZAD ASHRAF, 33, of Bleache Place, Oxford, pleaded guilty to possessing a flick knife in a private – Rushmead Copse, Abingdon. He was fined £119 and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the knife. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.

KARL BLEACH, 33, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to assault by beating of a woman on November 4 last year. He was given a period of conditional discharge for 12 months. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £26.

SHAHEED SYED, 45, of Hurst Street, Oxford, was found guilty to one count of assault by beating on May 23 last year. He was fined £180. There were court costs of £500 and a victim surcharge of £72.

WILLIAM BUCHAN, 59, of East Close, Banbury, pleaded guilty to drink driving on June 19 last year with 97 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months for a course, and fined £80. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £32.

BRIAN SIBANDA, 47, of Angora Road, Andover, pleaded guilty to driving on the A34 southbound between Milton interchange and Chilton on July 30 last year while disqualified. He was disqualified from driving for three months and fined £669. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £268.

ALICE BROCK, 31, of Sandview, Faringdon, pleaded guilty to drug driving on June 7 last year in Faringdon. She was given a community order to complete 80 hours of unpaid work and was disqualified from driving for 12 months.
