A huntsman has been convicted of hunting a fox.
Chris Woodward, aged 39, of Burford, was fined after being convicted at Wrexham Magistrates Court on October 21.
Woodward was huntsman of the Ruabon-based Wynnstay hunt in Wales at the time of the offence on January 23.
He was fined £525 and ordered to pay costs and a surcharge - a total of £1,375.

Officers with the North Wales Police Rural Crime Team investigated the incident.
Rural Crime Team Officer PC Dave Allen said: “We welcome the courts verdict and thank the CPS and witnesses for their assistance in bringing the case.
"As people may be aware convictions under Sec' 1 of the Hunting Act can be difficult to achieve due to the many legal defences.
"However, North Wales Police do investigate every matter and will prosecute offenders when sufficient evidence comes to light."
