A day after contacting his GP to make an appointment, a Banbury man took his own life.
Alexander Rowe, known as Alex, was found deceased by his wife on June 20 this year in Lapsley Drive, an inquest was told.
The 38-year-old was last seen alive at about 10.25pm the evening before.
There were no life-saving opportunities, an inquest held at Oxford Coroner's Court on December 14 heard.

Assistant coroner Judith Leach concluded an inquest into Mr Rowe's death as ‘suicide’.
The court heard that Mr Rowe, who was born in Carshalton, Surrey, had a long-standing history of mental health problems having previously been on antidepressants.
However, he had stopped taking these some months previously.
Speaking at the hearing, Ms Leach said: “A short while before his death Alex appeared to have a relapse in his mental health and on June 19, the day before his death, he was reported to have contacted his GP practice to make an appointment.”
