The victim of an assault in Banbury sustained cuts to their face and a swollen eye socket, Thames Valley Police has said.
The alleged attack happened between approximately 3am and 5am on Sunday, November 26 in Broad Street in the town.
Thames Valley Police has now launched an appeal for any witnesses to come forward with a public statement on Thursday morning.

This appeal said: "Were you a witness to an assault where the victim received cuts to the face and a swollen eye socket on November 26 between 3am and 5am?
"The incident took place on Broad Street in Banbury."
Anyone with relevant information is asked to call Thames Valley Police on 101, quoting the crime reference number 43230531555.
