DARREN TIGAR, 41, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to three counts of theft from a shop. The first on September 17 this year, he stole £533 of Ralph Lauren T-Shirts from John Lewis in Reading, on September 3 he stole £89.90 of barbour tops from John Lewis in Reading, and on September 12 he stole £115 of Ralph Lauren T-Shirts from John Lewis in Reading. He also pleaded guilty to two counts of failing to surrender to court/police bail on November 8 and December 8. He was jailed for three weeks and ordered to pay compensation of £50. There was no order for costs.

AARON MCDOWALL, 18, pleaded guilty to four counts of drug driving on May 13 in Bicester. He was given a community order to complete six months of drug rehabilitation and 40 hours of unpaid work. He was also disqualified from driving for 18 months. There were court costs of £85.

ROGER ASLAM, 40, Heol Yr Orsedd, Port Talbot, pleaded guilty to the possession of an extendable lock baton in HMP Bullingdon on November 3 this year. He was given a community order to complete six days of rehabilitation activity and 80 hours of unpaid work. A forfeiture and destruction order was made for the baton. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.

JAMIE GALLEGOS, 34, of Lane Close, Kidlington, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Beaumont Street, Oxford with 61 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months, reduced by 17 weeks, and fined £500. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £200.

HUGH WHITE, 62, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to breaching a harassment order by attended an address in Watlington on December 10 this year which he was prohibited from entering due to an order put in place at Oxford Magistrates Court on October 18. He was jailed for 10 weeks.

PETER CURRIE, 46, of Rymers Lane, Oxford, pleaded guilty to possession of a curved sword longer than 50cm and a lock knife in Oxford on April 13 this year. He pleaded guilty to theft of grocery items and an electronic toothbrush to the value of £60 from Tesco in Cowley Road on February 3, theft of six bottles of Pimms valuing £132 from Templars Shopping Park on July 9 in Oxford, and failing to answer to court/police on September 26. He was jailed for two months and ordered to pay £92 in compensation. There was a forfeiture and destruction order for the weapons.

ADAM NASH, 45, of Wood Farm Road, Headington, pleaded guilty to the theft of a pedal cycle on July 25 from Turnagain Lane in Oxford. He was given a three-month prison sentence, suspended for 24 months. He also has to complete 12 months of alcohol treatment and 30 days of rehabilitation activity. There was £500 in compensation. There was no order for costs.
