The latest court cases in Oxford Magistrates Court:

DAVID ROBERTS, 58, of Main Street, East Challow, Wantage, was found guilty to two counts of harassment by breaching a restraining order on February 2 and October by interfering with a boundary hedge and depositing clippings on a neighbour's garden. The order was put in place on September 28, 2020. He was given a community order to complete nine months of mental health treatment and six days of rehabilitation activity. There was court costs of £200 and a victim surcharge of £114.

ANTHONY MARTIN, 44, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to damaging a window belonging to Thames Valley Police on February 6 in Henley. He was ordered to pay £500 in compensation. There was no order for courts.

KEIRON BUTLER, 34,  of Reading Road, Henley, pleaded guilty to fraud by false representation by making two transactions with a stolen credit card on October 3, aggravated theft of a vehicle, theft of a bank card, driving a vehicle without a licence and without third-party insurance, failing to stop a vehicle when required to by a constable/traffic warden, and failing to surrender to court/police bail on October 31 this year. He was given an 18-week prison sentence, suspended for 18 months. He also needs to complete nine months of drug treatment, six months of mental health treatment, and 20 days of rehabilitation activity. There was also £200 in compensation.

DESIRE LEILANI, 19, of Faulkner Street, Oxford, pleaded guilty to two counts of causing harassment, alarm or distress using threatening, abusive or insulting words/behaviour to a member of the public on October 14 in Cornmarket Street and October 29 in Worcester Street, common assault of a police officer on October 28, assault by beating of a police officer, and assault by beating of a woman on September 2. He was given a community order to complete six months of mental health treatment, 100 hours of unpaid work, and to pay £50 in compensation.

JORDAN SIMMONDS, 30, of Crauford Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Oxford on November 18 with 72 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months, reduced by 17 weeks for a course, and fined £120. There was a victim surcharge of £48.

ALLISTAIR HOWARD, 20, of Hardwick Avenue, Kidlington, pleaded guilty to drink driving on November 18 in Oxford with 60 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 17 months, reduced by 17 weeks for a course, and fined £120. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £48.

SAM VAREY, 22, of Hilderstone Road, Stone, pleaded guilty to drink driving in Bicester on November 18 with 55 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months, reduced by three months for a course, and fined £303. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £121.

CLAIRE GILL, 46, of no fixed abode, pleaded guilty to possession of two counts of a Class A drugs – namely cocaine and heroin – in Oxford on December 4 this year as well as entering a premise on the same day in Crowberry Road which had a closure order made by Oxford Magistrates Court on September 16. She was fined £120 and a forfeiture and destruction order was made for the drugs. There was a victim surcharge of £96.
