ZOE BUTLER, 48, of Whimbrel Close, Bicester, pleaded guilty to drink driving on November 11 this year on the A41 with 71 microgrammes per 100 millilitres of breath. She was disqualified from driving for 18 months, reduced by 18 weeks for a course, and fined £346. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £138.
KYLIE-JANE REGAN, 38, of Marjoram Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to drink driving on November 12 this year with 92 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath in Field Avenue, Oxford. She was disqualified from driving for 23 months, reduced by 23 weeks for a course, and fined £846. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £338.
SAMANTHA PRIOR, 47, of Botley Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to two counts of theft from the Co-Op store in Oxford. On November 23 this year she stole meat items to the value of £108.50 and a day later she stole more meat items to the value of £150.30. She was ordered to pay back the value of both thefts in compensation. There was no other order for costs.
CONSTANTIN DIMA, 27, of Woodfield, Banbury, pleaded guilty to driving while disqualified. She was given a community order to complete 100 hours of unpaid work and was disqualified from driving for 24 months. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £114.
DYLAN BIGNELL, 47, of Whitehall Avenue, Bristol, indicated guilty to driving dangerously on the A420 in Farringdon on September 14 last year. He was given a 24-week prison sentence, suspended for 12 months and was disqualified for 18 months. He must also complete 25 rehabilitation activity days. There were court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £154.
JACK PECK, 30, of Cardinal Close, Oxford, pleaded guilty to threatening to damage property on April 5 this year at Upper Barr, Oxford. He said: “Watch me smash up your shop as well.” On the same day, he admitted to one count of racially aggravated common assault, one count of using threatening, abusive, insulting words, and behaviour to cause harassment, alarm or distress, one count of racially aggravated harassment, and one count of theft by finding after taking an iPhone that was in the care of the repair shop at the time. He was given a community order to complete 25 days of rehabilitation activity and pay £50 in compensation. There was no order for costs.
POLICARPO DE JESUS, 27, of St Mary’s, Wantage, pleaded guilty to drug driving on May 15 this year in Wantage as well as driving without a licence. He was disqualified from driving for 12 months and fined £215. There were also court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £86.
