A vehicle without insurance was seized by police officers in Bicester this morning.
The driver was stopped as part of road checks by Thames Valley Police’s roads policing team in the Oxfordshire town.
Over the course of an hour, the two officers also pulled over a vehicle for not having its headlights switched on during heavy downpours of rain.

They also removed window tints from another vehicle due to suspected visibility concerns for the motorist.
A window tint is a thin layer of film that is applied to windows to provide UV protection, privacy and shade from the sunlight.
The police actions came as part of Operation Holly, a crackdown on drink and drug drivers that was launched by the force in December 2021.
The operation aims to enforce and educate drivers on the dangers of driving under the influence.
