A teenager who went missing in the Oxford area has now been found, Thames Valley Police has confirmed.
Tuaha, 16, from Headington, went missing overnight after she had not been heard from around 9pm on Wednesday.
Thames Valley Police described her disappearance as "out of character".
But the force has now confirmed this evening that Tuaha, whose surname has not been disclosed, has been found safe and well.
A statement from Thames Valley Police thanked the public for helping with the search.
It said: "16-year-old Tuaha has been found after being reported missing from Headington, Oxford yesterday. Thank you to everyone who shared our appeal to find her."
While she was reported missing, it was believed Tuaha was in London and had sent photographs of herself at Winter Wonderland in Hyde Park earlier in the day.
Thames Valley Police has issued guidance on what the public should do if someone is missing.
This states: "A missing person will not be in trouble or be arrested for going missing. Our first concern is for the missing person's wellbeing.
"It is not wasting police time to report someone missing. You won't be in trouble for reporting someone missing."
The guidance adds: "We are here to protect you and your loved ones."
More advice can be found on the missing person section of the Thames Valley Police website.
