SANDRA PELKO, 27, of Lond Hanborough, Witney, pleaded guilty to use of a motor vehicle without third party insurance. It was in Yarnton that Pelko drove a Seat Leon at The Garth. There was not in force in relation to that use such a policy of insurance. She was fined £120 but received no points on her licence. Pelko also pleaded guilty to drug driving on the same day, May 7 of this year. For this she was subject to an additional disqualification period of 12 months.
ABIOLA YUSUFF, 35, of Desborough Crescent in Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving in Oxford on May 13 of this year where they drove a Mercedes E300 on Walton Street with a proportion of a controlled drug in the bloodstream that exceeded the legal limit. Yusuff was handed an obligatory disqualification period of 14 months and fined £400.
STEVEN IRVING, 59, of Cumberland Road, Oxford, pleaded guilty to use of a motor vehicle without third party insurance. It was on May 16 of this year that Irving was found to have driven a Ford Transit vehicle on Longwall Street without insurance. He was fined £364 but no points were added to his licence.

LUIZ GOMES, 50, of Stratford Street in Oxford, pleaded guilty to drink driving as he had, on May 14 2023 in Yarnton, driven a BMW motorcycle on the A40 after consuming an amount of alcohol that exceeded the prescribed limit. Gomes was fined £200 and handed a disqualification period of 24 months with a disqualification reduction period of 24 weeks.
LIBBY GABBITAS, 18, of Warmans close in Wantage, pleaded guilty to drink driving as she had driven a white Vauxhall Corsa in Launton on October 31 this year after consuming an amount of alcohol which exceeded the prescribed limit. Gabbitas was told to complete a course by February 14 2025, disqualified for a period of 22 months with a reduction period of 22 weeks and fined £120.
BESSEM CHAOUCH, 40, of Bridge Street in Banbury, pleaded guilty to being drunk and disorderly in a public place, namely, the High Street. Chaouch was fined £120.
JAMES BUSBY, 31, of Pinsley Road, Long Hanborough, drove a Ford Fiesta on new year’s day this year after having consumed an amount of alcohol which exceeded the prescribed limit while driving on the main road at Long Hanborough. Busby also pleaded guilty to possession of an offensive weapon in a private place as on the same day he was found to be in possession of a Knuckle Duster. He received a community order and was told to comply with any instructions of the responsible officer to attend rehabilitation appointments with probation and a period of treatment of 12 months. It was ordered that his Knuckle Duster be forfeited and destroyed.
ANDREW SHAW, 32, of Causeway in Bicester, drove a grey Vauxhall in Bicester on March 6 this year with an illegal proportion of a controlled drug in his bloodstream. Shaw was fined £300 and handed a disqualification period of 12 months.
