Temperatures are set to plunge to as low as minus two degrees this weekend and Oxfordshire residents have been left wondering what this means for snow in the county.
The Met Office has not forecast any snow over the next week but the county council is still sending out its gritters as a precaution.
This comes as snow and ice weather warnings have been issued for parts of northern and eastern Scotland, Shetland and Orkney, north east England and East Yorkshire.
