Dementia Oxfordshire will be hosting a Winter Fayre charity event, including a 'Bake Off'.
The day's events include live music from a Christmas choir, creativity-boosting workshops, festive food, and drinks.
The 'Bake Off' welcomes all bakers, regardless of age or skill, to showcase their culinary skills.
Attendees will have the opportunity to present their own bakes or get involved as a tasting judge.
The event is being organised by Dementia Oxfordshire, a service provided by Age UK Oxfordshire with funding support from Oxfordshire County Council.
It will be held at Bullingdon Community Hall, Headington from 10am until 3pm on December 6.
Councillor Tim Bearder, Oxfordshire County Council’s cabinet member for adult social care, said: "Winter can be a difficult time for some people, with shorter days and fewer opportunities to meet up with friends and family.
"That’s why events like Dementia Oxfordshire’s Winter Fayre are so important.
"It not only gives people the chance to come together and share some festive cheer, but there’s also the opportunity to pick up some really helpful information about ways you and your loved ones can stay well through the winter months ahead."
Barclays Bank will be matching all donations raised and there will be no entrance fee.
Age UK Oxfordshire, funded through the council's adult social care budget, helps older individuals, including those living with dementia, to live as independently as possible.
The charity is part of a wider network of services known as the Oxfordshire Way partners.
