A person walked up to a residential property in the city to steal a package off the doorstep, police have said.
The incident of parcel theft occurred on Thursday, November 9 at around 3pm in William Lucy Way in Jericho.
Investigating officer, Detective Constable Lee Dix based at St Aldates Police Station, said: “We would like to appeal to anybody who recognises the individual in this images to please get in touch as they may have vital information about this incident."

Thames Valley Police has released a CCTV image of an individual that officers would like to speak to.
Any member of the public who may be able to help with the appeal is asked to either make a report to Thames Valley Police online or call 101, quoting the reference number 43230507905.
Alternatively, Crimestoppers can be called on 0800 555 111 for 100 per cent anonymity.
