Oxfordshire Mind will host a comedy gala on January 13 at the Oxford Playhouse with proceeds going towards the charity's mental health programmes and services.
The comedy show, headlined by BAFTA-winning comedian, author, and former doctor, Adam Kay, aims to encourage support and awareness for mental health initiatives.
Oxfordshire Mind said in a statement: "The Oxfordshire Mind Comedy Gala is more than just an evening of laughter. It's an opportunity for the community to come together and support mental health initiatives and the Comedy Gala is a fun and engaging way to contribute to this important cause,"
The line-up will also include gifted comics such as Ed Patrick, Celya AB, Huge Davies, Chelsea Birkby, and Alex Farrow, who are donating their time to support the cause.
Tickets for the gala are accessible via the Oxford Playhouse website.
With shows at 2.30pm and 7.30pm, the event promises a day full of laughter and solidarity while promoting crucial mental health endeavours.
The event is being supported by Jericho Comedy, whose commitment to mental health advocacy reflects Oxfordshire Mind's mission.
The organisation encourages the public not to "miss out on this incredible evening of comedy for a cause" and to "join us on January 13".
Oxfordshire Mind has an office in Oxford's Osney Mead. For more information on the charity and the services it offers visit www.oxfordshiremind.org.uk.
It comes as an Oxford Mail team ran the Oxford Half Marathon in aid of the charity, raising more than £700.
