A woman has pleaded not guilty to murdering her 88-year-old father at a supported living block.
Lisa Davenport, 54, of Washle Drive, Middleton Cheney, is accused of the murder of Barrie Davenport, who was pronounced dead at his home in Foxhall Court in School Lane, Banbury, on October 17.
Ms Davenport was bailed to appear for trial at Oxford Crown Court on November 18, 2024.

She was found not guilty of a separate charge of attempted murder after prosecutors offered no evidence.
She was released with a number of conditions, including to sign on at Banbury police station every week.
Opening Mr Davenport’s inquest last year, senior coroner Darren Salter said a cause of the octogenarian’s death was yet to be established.
An initial post-mortem had been carried out, but his cause of death ‘remained under investigation’, it was said in court last month.
