New photos show the major Oxford North development taking shape.
The first 317 new homes are under construction at the future innovation district to the city's northern boundary.
Once completed, the £700m development will feature 480 new homes and one million sq ft of laboratory and workspaces.

There will also be a hotel, nursery, cafes, bars, and three public parks.
Enabling works have started on the new central park, market square, two lab buildings, and the Red Hall - a huge structure comprising retail units and working spaces.
The development is being built by Thomas White Oxford, the development company of St John’s College.
The central landscape was designed by landscape architecture practice Gustafson Porter + Bowman, which previously worked on Chelsea Barracks and the Princess Diana Memorial Fountain in London.
