A teenage boy was punched on Halloween evening in a town centre square.
The incident occurred in Pioneer Square, Bicester between 9.30pm and 10pm, leading to the injury.
Thames Valley Police has said the victim has not come forward to make a complaint but that they would like to speak to them and anyone else who present and witnessed the incident, including anyone who may have recorded footage on their mobile phone.

As the incident was a third party report, police are limited in being able to confirm injuries.
