A man in his late teens was surrounded and assaulted in an unprovoked incident on Halloween, police have said.
The incident occurred on October 31 between 8.30pm and 9pm at the junction of High Street and Sterling Road Approach in Kidlington.
Police said the bag has since been found and returned to the victim who required hospital treatment for injuries sustained from the assault, though he has since been discharged.
Thames Valley Police has now released CCTV images this afternoon in a bid to find out more from the public.
