There are 10 flood alerts in place today (November 9) across Oxfordshire following the aftermath of Storm Ciaran.
The flood alert areas include the River Thames and rivers or streams in the Oxford area, including areas between Wolvercote down to and including Radley and Jericho.
The Environment Agency has also issued an alert for the River Cherwell from Lower Heyford down to and including Oxford.
A male could be seen kayaking in the flooded Oatlands Road Recreation Ground, just off Osney Mead in Oxford on Wednesday afternoon.

And there could be further flooding across the county with alerts in place for the River Evenlode from Moreton in Marsh to Cassington as well as the River Glyme at Wootton and Woodstock.
There are also alerts in place for the Abingdon and Henley areas near the River Thames.
Alerts have been issued for areas near the River Ray as well including Islip in addition to the River Thame, Chalgrove Brook and Horsenden Stream.
In these areas residents are advised to monitor local water levels and weather conditions and to avoid using low lying footpaths or entering areas prone to flooding.

It comes after heavy rain and strong winds hit the region as Storm Ciarán swept through the county last week.
