NATHAN BALL, 31, of Springpool Way in Droitwich, Worcestershire, pleaded guilty to drug driving on April 18 of this year. He drove a Mercedes Vito on the M40 Northbound carriageway at Junction ten when an illegal portion of the drug was found in his bloodstream. Ball was fined £120 and handed a disqualification period of 36 months.
GREGORY WATKINS-TURLEY 46, of Patrick Haugh Road in Bicester, pleaded guilty to assault by beating after he assaulted David Tabern by beating him on April 15 this year in Banbury. He was told to pay £100 in compensation and given a custodial sentence of 16 weeks.
ADAM HAMILTON, 38, of Orchard Way in Banbury, pleaded guilty to drug driving. On April 15 this year in Banbury he drove a Vauxhall Vectra on Orchard Close when an illegal proportion of a controlled drug was found in his bloodstream. Hamilton was given a community order with unpaid work required to be completed within 12 months of a total of 150 hours as well as an obligatory disqualification of three years.

DANIEL JACKSON, 33, of Lynwood Drive in Doncaster, pleaded guilty to drunk driving. On July 5 of this year at Woodcote he was found to be driving a BMW on Reading Road having consumed an amount of alcohol that exceeded the prescribed limit at 52 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Jackson was disqualified for 12 months with a disqualification reduction period of three months, told to complete a course, and fined £1152.
BENJAMIN DURRANT, 28, of Lister Drive in Sheffield, pleaded guilty to drug driving. On March 30 of this year he drove a Ford Transit Luton Ban on Botley Road when an illegal proportion of a controlled drug, namely 451 ug/L, was found in his bloodstream. Durrant was fined £500 and disqualified for 12 months.
KEVIN WALLINTON, 57, of Leidon Road in Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving. On April 2 of this year, he drove an Audi A4 in Bicester on Fencott Road when an illegal proportion of a controlled drug, namely Benzoylecgonine, was found in his bloodstream. Wallington was disqualified for 18 months.
JACOB GASA, 39, of Kirkwood Road in London, was given a community order with 100 hours of unpaid work to be completed within 12 months, told to complete an obligatory course and disqualified for 18 months for failing to provide a specimen for analysis. On September 10 of this year he drove a vehicle in Banbury whereupon he committed the crime.
VICTORIA HARBERT, 41, of Minchery Road in Oxford, pleaded guilty to drug driving. On April 13 2023 she drove a Peugeot 208 on a road named Little Bury when the proportion of Benzoylecgonine in her blood was found to exceed the specified limit at an amount greater than 800ug/L. She was handed an obligatory disqualification period of 12 months.
JEKOPE TAVA, 26, of Wytham View in Oxford, pleaded guilty to using threatening/abusive/insulting words/behaviour with intent to cause fear of/provoke unlawful violence. Tava committed the crime on April 23 of this year. A fine of £600 was issued.
