A two-out-of-five rating means that improvement of food hygiene standards is 'necessary' at the establishment.
The Food Standards Agency is in charge of inspecting and rating hospitality venues on a zero to five scale with zero being the lowest score and five the highest.
The inspectors judged the restaurant with regard to hygienic food handling, cleanliness and the condition of facilities and management of food safety.
Five means hygiene standards are deemed to be 'very good' and zero means 'urgent improvement' is required.
