Dozens of people attended a bike ride organised by a local mosque to raise funds for innocent victims of conflict in Gaza.
The Central Oxford Mosque welcomed cyclists for its 'Gather 4 Gaza unity ride' on Sunday November 5, beginning at noon.
Mosque trustee Faisal Aziz said that participants came from as far as Bristol and Birmingham with one group raising £25,000 alone.

He added: "The brothers that attended cycled peacefully through Oxford's historical and iconic landmarks to a fantastic response from Oxfordians and spread the message of the need for an immediate cease fire and peace and awareness for the innocent victims of genocide."
Mr Aziz said that organisers of the bike ride would inform trustees of the total raised before distribution to victims.
