The A40 between Witney and Eynsham has now reopened in both directions following a serious crash.
A section of the road was closed between the B4022 slip road for High Cogges and Eynsham after a serious crash yesterday, Tuesday, November 7.
The crash happened around 10.30am, and as a result the road remained closed for most of the day.

An air ambulance was dispatched to the scene.
A Thames Valley Air Ambulance spokeswoman said: “We can confirm that our helicopter was dispatched to provide advanced critical care at an incident in Witney today.”
