The Wantage Literary Festival rounded off on a high last weekend, with names such as fashion historian Rosie Hart and television presenter Graeme Hall drawing sell-out crowds.
On Friday, archivist Roger Vlitos spoke to crowds before a highlight talk with Channel 5’s ‘dog father’ Mr Hall, who returned to the festival for the second year running.
Then on Saturday, festival-goers enjoyed talks with fashion historian and TikTok personality Ms Harte, local author Mike White and award-winning authors Lucy Atkins and Clare Fuller at the Beacon.
Festival director Vicki Luker said: "We have had a phenomenal festival.
"It would have been impossible though without the fantastic festival volunteers, interviewers, speakers, sponsors and various Wantage venues.
"I am truly grateful. Planning for the October 2024 festival will begin again in the new year."
