A man exposed himself and committed a sex act at a cycle training park, police have said.
The victim, a woman in her 30s, was walking through Faringdon Cycle Park in Folly Park between 11.15am and 11.30am yesterday (November 3) when a man exposed himself to her and touched himself inappropriately.
When the victim called the police, the offender ran away in the direction of Aldi.
The offender is described as a white man, in his late 40s, of slim build with a broad torso and shoulders, bald with light grey stubble.
He was wearing a thick, black zipped up jumper with a hood, dark blue jeans and white trainers.
Investigating officer, PC Thomas Roberts, based at Abingdon police station, said: “We are appealing to anyone who may have witnessed this incident to please come forward."
