Multiple social care services in the county are falling below expectations and have received negative ratings.
The Care Quality Commission (CQC) assessed three Oxfordshire providers in October all of which were said to be either 'inadequate' or 'requiring improvement'.
Richmond Village Letcombe Regis DCA in Wantage – a community-based service – was given a 'requires improvement' rating on October 3.
Alma Barn Lodge in Didcot received the same rating on October 19.

Previous inspections at the homes had taken place on May 31 and September 7 respectively.
Another Oxfordshire care provider, PLL Care Services in Witney, was deemed 'inadequate' after it was reviewed on October 17, having last been inspected on August 16.
Services scored as 'inadequate' will generally be put under special measures by the CQC and undergo further inspections.
'Requires improvement' is less serious, but still means the service is not meeting expectations.
