An Oxfordshire village school has partially closed as a result of flooding.
Staff at Uffington Church of England Primary School in Broad Street, Uffington have been affected by Storm Ciarán.
Oxfordshire County Council’s emergency school closures website confirms Uffington Church of England Primary School has partially closed due to flooding today, Thursday, November 2.
White Horse and Ridgeway ( EYFS and KS1) classes are closed as staff cannot make it in (due to flooding).
Dragon and Wayland classes will remain open until 12.30pm.
The A417 near East Challow was full closed due to flooding early Thursday morning, November 2.
A nearby business, Vale Hydrotherapy, a pet services business off the A417 has had to completely close today due to the flooded roads.
