A motorist has been arrested on suspicion of drug driving and not possessing a licence, Thames Valley Police has said.
The driver was flagged by police in the village of Ardley, near Bicester, but failed to immediately stop.
Thames Valley Police said the driver decided to give himself up following a pursuit.

He was arrested for drug driving, no licence and warrants for other forces.
A Thames Valley Police statement issued on Wednesday afternoon said: "The driver looked a bit shifty when he drove past in Ardley.
"He immediately failed to stop when the roads police cops spun on it.
"There was a short pursuit before the driver decided he’d give himself up."
