A motorcyclist has been taken to hospital after being hit by a car that did not stop after the crash on a major road in Oxford.
Police have launched an investigation into the failure to stop on Iffley Road after the collision yesterday (Tuesday, October 31) at around 12.30pm.
The motorcyclist was taken to hospital with minor injuries following the incident.

A Thames Valley Police spokesperson said: "We would appeal to anyone who witnessed the incident, has footage from the area, or any other information to contact Thames Valley Police via our website or 101, quoting investigation reference 43230489385."
The road was closed in both directions for a number of hours as emergency services dealt with the incident causing bus routes diverted.
The road was reopened by police at around 2.15pm.
