The alleged stalking offences took place between June 17 and 21 in Oxfordshire this year.
The alleged assault occurred at a private address in Banbury.
A police spokesman said the victim of both offences is a woman.
Noble, who is based at Witney Police Station, is currently suspended from duty.
He is due to appear at Milton Keynes Magistrates’ Court on November 15.
* An earlier version of this article incorrectly identified the officer with a different spelling and job title due to information provided by Thames Valley Police. We are happy to clarify the matter.
PCSO Noble has no connection to this matter.
A Thames Valley Police spokesman said: “PC Noble's first name is Camron, not Cameron as previously stated. We apologise for any confusion caused.”*
