Oxfordshire Fire and Rescue service is holding a biker down workshop next month to provide practical and life-saving advice on dealing with emergency situations involving bikers.
Delivered by firefighters, the session will focus on reducing risk of being involved in a motorcycle collision, first aid such as when and how to remove helmets, visibility when riding a motorcycle and dealing with emergency situations by managing accident scenes.
The course is aimed at motorcyclists of all ages and experience. Pillion passengers and drivers are also welcome.
The workshop is free and will take place on Thursday, November 16 at Kidlington Fire Station (OX5 2DU) and starts at 7pm, lasting for three hours. Places are limited and can be booked by emailing: bikerdown@oxfordshire.gov.uk
