People have begun to move into new homes at the River Meadow development in an Oxfordshire village just off the A417.
The new homes are on Faringdon Road in Stanford In The Vale.
GreenSquareAccord, a national provider of social and affordable housing, is providing 18 homes for affordable rent and making another 16 available under a shared ownership scheme.
The first few residents purchasing their homes at River Meadow via shared ownership have already picked up their keys.
A handful of properties are still available.
Chris Owen, who recently moved into his new home at the site, said: “I am absolutely thrilled to be in my new place.
"The location is perfect for me as I’m within a reasonable commuting distance for work.”
