Two males were arrested in Witney after they were found with drugs, money and phones.
It came after they were seen leaving a vulnerable person’s address in the Windrush Place estate yesterday afternoon (Saturday, October 28).
A PCSO from Witney Police Station spotted the suspects acting “suspiciously”.

When they saw the PCSO, the males ran away and jumped over nearby gardens.
But they were found by officers from the force’s problem solving team and incident crime and response team.
Both were arrested for drug offences after drugs, money and phones where found.
Thames Valley Police said: “If you are concerned for a neighbour or spot something suspicious, please contact the police or anonymously via crimestoppers.”
The force suggested the the incident was an example of cuckooing – when people take over a person's home to deal, store or take drugs.
