Plans to convert a former dental surgery in Oxford into a house have been submitted.
Oxford dentist Jerry Galvin closed the practice which he ran on the ground floor of a Kennington house in April 2022.
He now wants to convert the entire house in the Avenue to a solely residential use.
The first floor is already used as a three-bedroom flat.

The house was purpose built in 1962 with a dental surgery on the ground floor, which was expanded in the late 1980s.
But Mr Galvin said running such a small practice had become unviable, and that expanding the practice further was not practicable because of the residential nature of the area.
He has made the change of use application to Vale of White Horse District Council.
