Three balaclava wearing men were scared off in an attempt to steal money from an ATM during an Oxfordshire burglary.
The incident happened after two men forced their way into a building on Spareacre Lane in Eynsham at around 4.20am on Thursday, October 26.
The men then accessed the room that contains the rear of a Barclays cash machine (ATM).
It appears the men were then disturbed, leaving the scene empty-handed.
The offenders and another man arrived in a blue Volkswagen Golf, travelling east along Spareacre Lane, before parking by the ATM and leaving five minutes later, continuing east along Spareacre Lane.
All three men wore black clothing and balaclavas during the incident.
Investigating officer Detective Constable Daniel Smith said: “I am appealing for anyone with information about this burglary to please get in touch.
“Also, if you have any CCTV footage in the area or any dash-cam footage if you were driving in the area around the time.
"I’d also ask that you check any recordings in case it has captured something that could assist our investigation."
