An Indian restaurant in Oxfordshire has been hit with a zero-out-of-five food hygiene rating.
Arzoo Indian in Bicester was given the minimum score after assessment on September 20, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
A zero-out-of-five star rating means that 'urgent improvement' is needed at the establishment.

The restaurant also received a zero-out-of-five rating after an inspection on April 20.
It means that of Cherwell's 215 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 162 (75 per cent) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
The Food Standards Agency is in charge of inspecting and rating hospitality venues on a zero to five scale, zero is the lowest score and five is the highest.
The inspectors judged the restaurant with regard to hygienic food handling, cleanliness and the condition of facilities and management of food safety.
The restaurant has been contacted for comment.
