Bicester North is one of the highest-earning areas in Oxfordshire, sitting well above the national average.
According to data released by the Office for National Statistics, households in the area in Bicester – which includes Bure Park and parts of the Northwest ecotown, Elmsbrook – are the fourth highest-earning in the county.
Household earners in the area raked in an average of £75,300, respectively, in the financial year ending 2020.

The national average for household earnings was £32,000. In Oxfordshire, a few neighbourhoods sat above this figure.
The highest-earning neighbourhood in the county was North Central Oxford, where the average household earnings were £86,400.
The average household income in this area exceeded the national average by £54,400.
The second highest-earning area in the county was Didcot Ladygrove, with an average household income of £76,700, followed by Summertown in North Oxford, averaging £75,800 per household.
