An historic farm offers a ghoulishly great day out full of Halloween thrills for half-term.
The historical Manor House at Cogges Manor Farm in Witney has been transformed into a Witch's House with the dark theme of Grimm's Fairy Tales.
Visitors can tiptoe through each spooky room and be scared silly by sights and sounds from Hansel and Gretel, Beauty and the Beast, Pinocchio, Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood and other tales.
A pumpkin trail has been laid around the house, and afterwards visitors can enjoy a witch's brew in the Cogges Kitchen Café with Halloween-themed treats.
Children will enjoy the dressing up rail with costumes made by volunteers while craft activities include making fabric ghosts, creating chilling chalk pictures, and spooky storytelling in the Stables.
Meanwhile adults and children (recommended 8+), can visit the Witch's House After Dark for Grimm's Fairy Tale folk LIVE!
Lit pumpkins lead the way to a theatrical, immersive tour of the haunted house, with live actors.
The evening ends with fiendishly great food in the cafe and wicked cocktails at Xander’s Witches Brew Inn before 'Smores round the fire pits in the cafe courtyard.
