A driver has been reported to social services after speeding on the motorway with three small children not secured in car seats.
Officers pulled over a vehicle for speeding in the rain and driving without any lights near junction 8 on the M40.
Once stopped, the officers found three small children unrestrained in the car.

Officers say the driver put one child in a pushchair seat in the back of the car claiming it was legal to do so.
Children must use a child car seat until they're 12 years old or 135 centimetres tall, whichever comes first.
Children over 12 or more than 135cm tall must wear a seat belt.
The driver went to buy car seats for the children before setting off again.
The officers reported the driver for the offences and referred them to social services.
A Thames Valley Police spokesperson said: "This driver was stopped for excess speed in the rain and without any lights on M40 junction 8.
"In the vehicle were three unrestrained small children.
"The driver tried to educate the traffic cop by putting one of the children in a pushchair seat in the back of the car, stating it was legal. We think not.
"Driver reported for offences and referral made to social services. Driver voluntarily went and bought some car seats before driving."
