The assessment took place on September 12, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of the Vale of White Horse's 185 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 127 (69 per cent) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
The Food Standards Agency is in charge of inspecting and rating hospitality venues on a zero to five scale, zero is the lowest score and five is the highest.
The inspectors judged the restaurant with regard to hygienic food handing, cleanliness and the condition of facilities and management of food safety.
